Digital Audio Editing Final Assignment - 12/2011
I had an assignment to take at least two minutes of raw audio data and make something which could be presented on a radio, or is otherwise presentable in a professional manner, while not having my voice anywhere in the production. Given I had very little time to work with on this, it is fairly low quality. I still like it though. The end result; Sean Connery (Voiced by Ben Praet [Kujo]) is interviewing Saeree Chung about the Apocalypse. The background music was a pair of random loops I made in Garage Band. God, I hate working on Macintosh.
Shitty Nanie Dubbing
Digital Audio Editing Dubbing Assignment - 11/2011
So, I had never once truly understood just how much Ross talks until now. This assignment was to use Pro Tools to dub Ross's speech here, and at the end I made a shitty lazy modification to my voice to sound like a chipmunk Rachel. Anyway, I personally don't really like the quality of my voice here, as at one point I sound like I'm trying to be Christopher Walken and failing miserably. Anyway, I still found I can redub words well, as they all line up perfectly. If only the character was one that suited me haha. Anyway, this means that if I wind up having to redub over something that makes sense to do so, I can do that with ease so long as I can refrain from embarrassing myself with shameful acting.
